Vietnamese Street Pizza & Dipping Sauce
Vietnamese Pizza is a popular, savory street food that features a thin, crispy rice paper base with a thin layer of egg. Toppings can be customized to suit your tastes, and we'll be using chicken sausage, shrimp, green onions, cilantro, bell peppers, eggs. The flavors are enhanced with a drizzle of mayonnaise and a splash of hot sauce (optional), creating an addicting snack that is both crunchy and flavorful Plus, you’ll make a delicious Dipping Sauce!
Boba Pearls are chewy, sweet, deliciously satisfying dessert balls that can go into drinks or other desserts…once you learn how to make them from scratch, you’ll be looking for new ways to incorporate them into your weekly menus!

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Join Lisa He to as she will teach you how to make delicious Onigiri. Onigiri are Japanese rice balls that are made from short-grain rice, formed into a triangular or cylindrical shape, and wrapped in nori (seaweed).

Come along and learn to make delicious gourmet Caramel Dipped Chocolate Apples. You can choose from our hundreds of toppings, sprinkles, nuts and sweets to dip your apples in or go old school spooky and pipe spiders webs - the perfect treats for your little monsters.
We use only the best Belgian Callebaut Chocolate and other ingredients to make these delightful treats. Mary will have the caramel made for you (that’s the hard part- so this class is suitable for younger children too!) so you can concentrate on tempering your chocolate, dipping, decorating and tasting! Don’t worry, you’ll go home with all the recipes so you can recreate the yumminess at home!
During class you'll enjoy a taste of your choice of Mary’s apples covered in caramel-chocolaty goodness and you get to bring home all the apples you make to share with your friends and family!

Join Chef Cecilia as she continues her series of recipes from around the Orient making delicious Pad Thai (or Phat Thai/Phad Thai) the national dish of Thailand! This flavorful stir-fry (pad in Thai) dish consisting of rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, and eggs (among other ingredients, but these are the staples) is one of the most amazing (and famous!) asian street foods! You can also choose to add chicken, shrimp or beef to your dish- once you know how to make it, the possibilities are endless!

Coconut Cream Pie
Always wanted to learn how to make delicious pies from scratch? Well, make taking one of Chef Keri’s Pie classes your New Year’s Resolution…it’ll be much easier to keep than remembering to take all those vitamins every day!
Pies are defined by their crusts and in this class Chef Keri will teach you the techniques to bake the perfect, flaky crust.
Coconut cream pie is a delicious coconut infused custard set in a buttery pie crust and topped with torched marshmallow meringue.
Pistachio and White Chocolate Baklava Cigarillos
Join Keri Cossette for a fun evening making these seductive Turkish Style Pistachio and White Chocolate Baklava Cigarillos with a Sour Cherry Compote Dipping Sauce. Thin layers of phyllo filled with pistachios and white chocolate rolled up and baked until crisp. The cigarillos are then soaked in a rose scented simple syrup and served with a sour cherry compote for dipping. Reminiscent of Mediterranean holidays, the not-too-sweet baklava is the perfect accompaniment to a strong cup of coffee or Raki.

Unicorn Chocolate Covered Apples SOLD OUT

You’ll make a half dozen Chocolate Covered Apples in a variety of colors (or all the same - you choose!) in this hands-on class. You’ll also learn how to make, color and paint modeling chocolate and sugar-paste flowers, leaves, and of course, horns and ears, too! We use only the best Callebaut Chocolate in all our chocolate classes, so you know they’ll be tasty as well as pretty! Each Unicorn will have their own stable (gift box) going home so you can share (or not- who are we to judge?)
