Come along and learn to make these spooky Halloween High Hat Cupcakes. You’ll receive a dozen freshly baked Black Magic cupcakes; learn to fill with your choice of salted caramel, raspberry jam or ganache and make and pipe Italian Meringue plus the Magic Chocolate Coatings. You’ll also learn to work with sinfully delicious modeling chocolate to create a selection of Ghosts, Ghouls and Witches Hats. Other skills taught include: simple modeling, using edible markers, modeling tools and petal/luster dusts.
Best of all, you’ll get to eat your instructors cupcakes and take home your masterpieces as well as all the recipes so you can recreate them at home for years to come!
This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:
YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child
YES: Couples (live in the same household)
YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.
*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day.
We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.
Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
Wizarding Workshop Week 1 (Grown ups only!) (RESCHEDULED due to Hurricane)
Come along and join in the magical fun of recreating from scratch some of the wizarding world's favorite treats including Drunken Chocolate Frogs filled with ganache infused with your choice of liquor, Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Wands, Bedazzled Giggle Water, two varieties (Frosty and Hot) of Boozy Butterbeer with Homemade Whiskey Infused Butterscotch Sauce and Butter Rum Marshmallow Crème (you’ll be looking for things to put this on!) Cakesicles are a fun twist on a traditional cake pop. They are super popular because #1 they’re bigger, and #2 there’s more space to decorate on them!
In this hands-on class, you'll learn to temper chocolate (we use the good stuff- Callebaut Belgian Coverture Chocolate!) and make and decorate 12 of these spooky Halloween treats. They are super festive and a delicious touch to your next party.
Class fee includes a set of silicone molds (and popsicle sticks!) to make more at home. Molds can be difficult to find online, so we're giving you the ones you'll be using in class to take home!
We use only the best chocolate and other ingredients to make these delightful treats. During class you'll enjoy a taste of your choice of chocolaty goodness and you get to bring home all the cakesicles you make to share with your friends and family!

Come along and learn to make delicious caramel dipped chocolate apples. You can choose from our hundreds of toppings, sprinkles, nuts and sweets to dip your apples in or go old school spooky and pipe spiders webs - the perfect treats for your little monsters.
Halloween Macarons SOLD OUT
Come along and learn to make and decorate delicate Halloween Themed Italian* Macarons with Mary Storey of Mary Storey Confections. You'll take home a selection of adorable Italian Macarons in a selection of spooktacular flavors to share with your family and friends. You’ll learn to use an airbrush and stencil, edible markers, pipe with tempered chocolate and get to play with Angela’s secret spooky sprinkle collection.
