Japanese Wool Bread (Sweet and Savory Options)

Thursday, February 16, 2023 | 6:00PM - 8:30/9:00PM

$149.00 per class

Join Jenn Thomas for a culinary tour to Japan to make this delicious, soft, fluffy filled Japanese Wool Bread. The Yudane method used to make this bread results in a pillowy soft and fluffy finished loaf and also keeps the bread from drying out quickly. You’ll have sweet and savory options to fill your bread- lightly sweetened raspberry cream cheese/Nutella chocolate chip/cheddar and chives/herbed cream cheese…the possibilities are endless!

You'll take home TWO loaves of bread, making this course perfect for Dynamic Duos/Date Nights/Friends Night Out! You’ll get to sample your instructor’s bakes so you can take all your goodies home to enjoy and share (or not, we won’t judge!)

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (NOTE: This class you will make two of each week’s bread, so no Rock, Paper, Scissors necessary!) Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
