Seafood Newburg & Cherry Jubilee

Friday, January 12, 2024 | 6:00 PM-8:30 PM

$179.00

We all love the classics - especially classic foods. Tonight, delight in the simplicity of creating two of the most popular classics, circa, 1800s. You’ll start with creating the decadent American classic, Seafood Newberg using succulent shrimps and scallops enveloped in a luxurious cream sauce scented with sherry and then poured over a pastry puff to soak up all the goodness.

Then you will create the refreshing, French classic, Cherries Jubilee Flambé. Also known as “the perfect dessert” because it’s deliciously rich while also quick and simple to make. And of course you and your guests will enjoy the blue flames when the sherry is ignited.

Both of these classic mouthwatering masterpieces are fancy enough for a special occasion (Valentine’s Day is coming), and simple enough for a family meal. You don’t want to miss this!

We will conclude by enjoying full portions of our culinary creations. These delightful recipes are sure to excite you and your family's taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come. As this is a Chef Night/Date Night, you are welcome to BYOB (please drink responsibly!)

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples (live in the same household)
