Shrimp Scampi Pasta
Friday, May 9, 2025 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM
$179.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)
Chef Keri welcomes you into the kitchen, where the warm aroma of garlic, butter, and roasted tomatoes fills the air.
You will make:
Handmade pasta for noodles
Sautéed shrimp
Creamy scampi sauce
Roasted tomatoes
You begin by mixing and kneading fresh pasta dough, feeling it come together under your hands before setting it aside to rest. As the dough relaxes, you turn your attention to the shrimp, sautéing them until they’re plump and tender, their flavors enhanced by the sizzle of garlic and white wine.
Next, you build a luscious, creamy scampi sauce, letting it meld with the sweetness of the roasted tomatoes.
Finally, you roll out the rested dough, cutting it into delicate noodles before tossing them into a pot of boiling water. As you combine everything—fresh pasta, succulent shrimp, and velvety sauce—Chef Keri guides you in perfecting the final dish. By the end of the class, you’ve not only mastered shrimp scampi but also the art of fresh pasta, creating a meal that’s as rewarding to make as it is to eat.
Dessert as always will be a FABulous Surprise! you can BYOB (please drink responsibly.)
