Sweater Weather Pumpkin Cake

Monday, November 21, 2022 | 10:00AM - 4:00PM

$199.00 (Includes Lunch and Cable Knit Silicone Mold to take home!)

Join Master Decorator Angela McEllin for a fun filled day making this adorable Sweater Weather Pumpkin Cake!

You’ll make and color a batch of delicious HOMEMADE Chocolate Fondant*, bake, level and tort your choice of either Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Layer Cake or a Spiced Apple Layer Cake, make a delicious frosting in complimentary flavors**, make adorable Knit Pumpkin Cake Truffles and finally, cover your cakes in this adorable Knit Sweater design. Plus, you get to bring home the Cable Knit Silicone Mold so you can recreate this design on cakes and cupcakes for years to come.

*Homemade Fondant is nothing like the stuff you buy in the shops, it is absolutely delicious- and your fondant will be made with Callebaut Coverture Chocolate (what Professional Chocolatiers use to make those beautiful BonBons you see online) which means it will be absolutely divine!

**We have hundreds of flavors to choose from, but our current favorites are Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Bun Swirl, but ultimately, the choice is yours!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (full day classes are suited to children 12+ or 8+ with a keen interest in baking.)

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Coming Solo? Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger, you’ll have the entire station to yourself!)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
