Just in time for the holidays. In this 4-week course (one 2.5- 3 hour session per week) you'll master four perfect pies. Pies are defined by their crusts and you’ll learn techniques to bake the perfect flaky crust. Each week you will make and bake a different delicious pie and, of course, receive written recipes with filling variations- so you can recreate these delicious pies for friends and family for years to come.
