Learn to make this adorable Opps! Ice Cream Cone Celebration Cake in this hands-on class. You’ll learn to level, torte, crumb coat and final coat a freshly baked Black Magic Cake, make and color Italian Meringue Buttercream and make a glossy ganache to create a gravity defying ‘ice cream’ cone. The techniques you learn can be applied to any number of different themes. After lunch, you’ll get to sample your instructor’s cake and take home your masterpiece to the oohs and ahhs of your friends and family!
This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:
YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (this is a full-day class, so we recommend it for older children or younger ones (minimum 8+) that are really interested in baking.)
YES: Couples (live in the same household)
YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)
We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.
