Come along and join Chandra and Kamla Melaram for an evening of Home Indian Cooking. This class is perfect for date nights! If you missed the first of the Melaram’s Indian Home Cooking classes, now is your chance to join them for this flavorful lesson!

In this hybrid, hands-on and demo class you will learn how to perfectly recreate from scratch a host of traditional Indian home cooked dishes including Sofrito, Yellow Split Pea Dahl, Sauteed Spinach, Potato Curry, Butternut Squash Mash and of course homemade Curry Paste all served with delicious Guyanese rice.

We will conclude by enjoying full portions of our culinary creations followed by a special surprise FAB dessert. And, you can BYOB! These simple recipes are sure to excite you and your family’s taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come.
