Wednesday, December 7, 2022 | 6:00PM - 9:00PM

$149.00

Join Mary Storey for a dip diving good time making Festive Pretzels, Rocky Road Clusters and an assortment of chocolate dipped fruits- dried apricots, dried mango, candied orange peel, marshmallows, and if you’re patient you can dip dried cherries, cranberries and raisins (or do what I do and through them all in, mix around and scoop out little fruity clusters…YUM!)

Check out some of our other Edible Gift Classes- these are all amazing gifts to give to teachers, colleagues, friends, family and your favorite boss…not saying you might get a promotion or anything, but it certainly can’t hurt, right?!? We provide all materials, ingredients (we only use Callebaut- the finest Belgian Chocolate!) and a selection of adorable holiday themed packaging. There may even be some mince pies and mulled wine if you’ve been very good all year!

Chocolate Covered Toffee, Peppermint Bark and Fruit and Nut Bars

You’ll start by making a batch of delicious Butter Toffee with your choice of nuts (or not, we won’t judge) and while that’s setting, you’ll make a batch of Peppermint Bark and a batch of Fruit and Nut Bars in your choice of Milk, White or Dark Chocolate (and we only use Callebaut- the finest Belgian Chocolate!)

You’ll get to raid Angela’s Sprinkle Stash and if you don’t like dried fruit and nuts, you always have our Candy Cart for decoration inspiration including, Sixlets, M&M’s, Jelly Beans, Peach Rings, Marshmallow Ropes and every other festive sweet we’ve managed to find!

Finally, you’ll cover your toffee in chocolate and begin filling your gift bags to take home!

You can make little bite sized morsels or pipe them onto a stick and create cookie pops! Share them as sweet gifts, additions to Holiday Baskets or an eye-catching centerpiece for your holiday table!

*They do need to rest overnight and can be collected between 10am and 9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Holiday Breakables

In the finale of our Edible Gifts Series learn to temper chocolate, use molds to make two large and a selection of bite size chocolates in a variety of holiday shapes to fill these delightful Chocolate Breakables. You’ll make and decorate TWO Large Breakables (perfect for gift giving or stocking filling for that special someone), a selection of Snowflake Decorations and loads of bite size chocolates to be wrapped in festive foil before filling your breakables in adorable holiday packaging!

These classes are all suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
