Artisan Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Tuesday, November 1, 2022 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM

$149.00

Join Mary Storey and learn to bake a tasty sandwich bread with the perfect texture for making a selection of Artisan Grilled Cheese Sandwiches plus a delicious Creamy Tomato Basil Soup. You will have a selection of fillings to choose from including a variety of cheeses, cooked meats, fresh herbs and vegetables! Plus, if soup isn’t your thing, we’ll also have an Arrabbiata Dipping Sauce (pictured above.)

Mary will already have loaves of bread baked for your in class sandwiches -to enjoy while your bread is baking. Plus you’ll get to enjoy Mary’s soup with your sandwiches!

So, you’ll go home with your own freshly baked loaf of sandwich bread, all the soup you made and all the recipes to recreate these gourmet sandwiches at home! You can BYOB (please drink responsibly!) so this is a perfect date night class or friends night out!

Like it gooey? Try Fontina, Mozzarella and Gouda

Prefer a bit more of a flavor punch? Try Sharp Irish Cheddar and Asiago

Or my favorite: Mozzarella, Fresh Basil and Sun-dried Tomatoes!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t put you with some random stranger!)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
