Something Saucy with Chef Scott

Sunday, January 8, 2023 | 3:00PM - 5:30PM

$179.00

It’s official, we have Chef Scott back to show you how to recreate a selection of some of his Favorite Dishes, to help kick off the new year with a bang, so you know there is a possibility of one of the many Sequin Jackets coming out!

Appetizer: Roasted Lemon Shrimp Scampi (you have no idea how difficult it has been not to write ‘done on the barbie’)

Entree: Braised Chicken accompanied by juicy tomatoes in a Red Wine Vinegar Sauce

Dessert: As always will be a FABulous Surprise!

As it’s a Chef Scott class, you can be sure there will be a surprise or two along the way.

You can BYOB as well, so this is Perfect for Date Night, a fun Friend’s Night Out or just an excuse to come witness Chef Scott in all his sparkly glory! This will be his last class until the New Year, so grab your spot now as they won’t last!

And remember…what happens in Chef Scott’s classes, stays in Chef Scott’s classes unless of course Hank is in live-streaming- so don’t play hooky and expect to get away with it!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (This is a BYOB class, so use your discretion.)

YES: Couples/ Roommates (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
