Crostata, Gallette, yumminess on a plate…whatever you call it, these disks of deliciousness are divine no matter the filling you choose. You’ll make two different crusts and two different fillings. You can go sweet or savory or both… whatever you decide you’ll bring home your two masterpieces to share with family and friends.

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.
