In this 5-week course (one 2.5- 3 hour session per week) you'll master five classic cakes with complimentary frostings. receive an offset spatula to take home and of course all the written recipes with variations- so you can recreate these delicious cakes for friends and family for years to come. You’ll learn multiple techniques and best of all you get to take home everything you make!

These classes would normally cost $695 if booked individually, but we’ve bundled them together to offer them combined for $556.00!

Cake flavors include:

Week 1-September 01, 2022: Black Magic Cake with Chocolate Buttercream (Boozy Options too!)

Week 2- September 08, 2022: Triple Vanilla Molly Cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream

Week 3- September 15, 2022: Hummingbird Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (Contains Nuts)*

Week 4- September 22, 2022: Red Velvet Cake with Traditional Ermine Frosting

Week 5- September 29, 2022: Boston Cream Pie Cake with Vanilla Bean Cream Patisserie and Chocolate Ganache

*Bonus: During the Hummingbird Cake Class, you will also receive (and get to taste!) our Carrot Cake Recipe which is just as delicious!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (ONE child aged 10-16 per adult please!)

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day.

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.

To comply with CDC guidelines, all participants are encouraged but not required to wear a face mask (provided) or face shield during class.
