Magnificent Muffins (Adult and Child Dynamic Duo Friendly Too!)

Join Pastry Chef Keri Cossette for a fun filled class making Magnificent Muffins- Three Ways! Keri will teach you her master muffin recipe and show you how to change it up to create three different flavors plus three complimentary streusels! Perfect for a fun parent/grandparent and child/ couples or friends morning activity.

• Banana and Chocolate Hazelnut with a Spiced Hazelnut Streusel

• Raspberry, Almond and Chocolate Chip with a Crunchy Almond Streusel

• Lemon Zest and Blueberry with a Lemon Poppyseed Streusel

The recipe is so versatile and Keri will include some other flavor variations you can try at home with to delight your friends and family! Best of all you’ll get to sample your instructors muffins and bring home TWO DOZEN muffins to share (or not…we won’t judge!) and they freeze beautifully so you can enjoy them for weeks to come!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (One child aged 6-16 per adult please!)

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day.

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.

In accordance with the revised CDC guidelines, all participants are encouraged but not required to wear a face mask (provided) or face shield during class.
