Several of our Dessert/Candy classes are naturally Gluten Free, and we are happy to offer a Gluten Free option if requested for those attending classes that normally contain gluten- please be aware that the texture may be slightly different, but the taste will still be FABulous!
Although all stations and equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each class, as we are a baking school, we do have gluten flour on the premises, so anyone with a SEVERE gluten sensitivity is advised to beware.
Crème Brûlée (Gluten Free) Creamy vanilla custard topped with a crunchy caramelized layer of sugar…what’s not to love? Add this sophisticated dessert to your repertoire and impress your family and friends. You’ll make 6 individual Crème Brûlées to take home - making recreating this dish at home a breeze. While your Brûlées are baking, you’ll sample your instructor’s and even get to torch the sugar!
Boozy Molten Baby Cakes Oooey, gooey, slightly boozy Orange Cointreau (or Whisky, or Tia Maria, or Framboise … or pretty much any other liquor you choose) Infused Molten Babycakes. During this hands-on class, you'll prepare 6 mini Babycakes to take home ready to be popped in the oven at a moment's notice. We provide all ingredients, a set of 6 Reusable 4 oz Baking Jars, recipe variations, and a tasting session. Your instructor will also demonstrate how to make Chantilly Cream and Raspberry Coulis!
Budino di Cioccolato (Gluten Free) Come along and learn to make the sophisticated Budino di Cioccolato in this hands-on class! You’ll make 6 delicious desserts full of rich, creamy Budino (the Italian version of our Chocolate Pudding- or add a bit more cream and you’ll have an indulgent, thick Hot Chocolate*) you can even add a shot of liquor for a more adult version! While your Budinos are chilling, you’ll make an Italian Meringue topping, get to taste your instructor’s Budino and even get to play with the chef’s torch!
Festive Fudge (Two Ways!) (Gluten Free) Creamy, Chocolatey Fanciful Fudge…What’s not to love? Come along and learn the secrets to making a variety of fudge recipes- you’ll make and take home TWO TRAYS of the smoothest fudge you’ve ever eaten. You can choose to make the unadorned classic variety or choose from a huge selection of festive dried fruits, nuts and sweet add-ins -- or make one of each! We even have boozy versions for a more sophisticated treat.
Lucious Limoncello Tiramisu - Tiramisu literally means ‘Pick me up’ in Italian and that’s exactly what this creamy, Limoncello-infused dessert will do to any gathering! You’ll learn to make the Creamy Lemon Filling from scratch, create the Delicious Boozy (or not) Limoncello Dipping Sauce and layer your desserts to perfection, topping them with handmade White Chocolate Curls. While your filling is cooling you’ll enjoy a chilled Limoncello and sample your instructor’s dish and bring your creation home to share with family and friends.
Chocolate Amaretto Torte (Gluten Free) - Join us for a fun evening making Chocolate Amaretto Tortes! These delicious boozy fruit and nut-filled tortes couldn’t be easier to make and tastes divine. This modern twist on the classic Italian Panforte di Siena is a rich, but not-too-sweet perfect end to any meal…or served alongside an espresso! A little goes a long way and once you’ve had a taste, you’ll be looking for excuses to make this delicious torte!
Flourless Chocolate Raspberry Torte (Gluten Free!) - Learn to make this rich, decadent, boozy if you like (or not) Flourless Chocolate Raspberry Torte with Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ganache and Homemade Raspberry Coulis! Course fee includes a Springform Pan that is yours to keep so you can make this and many other treats for years to come! This torte is naturally gluten free, so it’s fantastic to share with all your family and friends! Best of all, you’ll get to enjoy a slice of your instructor’s torte with a cuppa while your bit of deliciousness is baking.
Gourmet Marshmallows (Gluten Free) - Gourmet Marshmallows are an excellent introduction to making sweets and candies. In this hands-on class, you’ll create TWO trays of different flavors of fluffy marshmallows to take home. The flavor options are endless! Seriously, we have over 100 pure extracts, natural concentrates, purees, spices and liquors to choose from. You can even mix and match so you’re sure to find a flavor or two that you’ll love! You’ll also enjoy a tasting session of your instructor’s marshmallows including chocolate fondue, toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate topped with marshmallows, of course!

Join us for a fun-filled class tasting and creating an exciting array of hot and iced flavored coffees, coffee syrups and after dinner coffee cocktails! You’ll take home everything you make in reusable cute bottles and jars (perfect for gift giving!) along with all the recipes so you can recreate them at home for friends and family! We’ll also have a selection of coffee-inspired nibbles on hand for you to enjoy.
Learn how to make a set of three gorgeous 1/2 lb Chocolate Bar Vignettes in this hands-on class. Each bar is 1/2 lb (1 1/2 lb of chocolate in total) and measures 3½" x 6⅝" x ½" (+ embellishments) thick and makes an impressive gift! You'll pick your themes and create beautiful embellishments from our hundreds of molds (we just received a shipment of cool Anime, Star Wars and Animal molds) to top your choice of Callebaut Dark, Milk, or White Chocolate bars. Add edible lace, sprinkles, sweets, and even chocolate messages to personalize your Vignettes-perfect for gift giving. You'll also make gift tags and individually wrap each chocolate bar in a presentation box with your choice of ribbon.
