Several of our Decorating Classes are naturally Gluten Free, Although all stations and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each class, as we are a baking school, we do have gluten flour on the premises, so anyone with a SEVERE gluten sensitivity is advised to be cautious.
Dragon’s Lair Hot Chocolate Bombs! (Gluten Free) You’ll learn to make, decorate and fill handmade hot chocolate bombs (and a treasure chest!) and then choose from a variety of delicious fillings* to delight your little monsters with this Halloween! You’ll also learn how to use modeling chocolate in molds and use decorator’s tools, an airbrush and edible luster dusts to add mystical elements to embellish your designs.
Winter Wonderland Cupcakes. Come along and learn to make these festive cupcakes. You’ll receive a dozen freshly baked Black Magic Cupcakes; learn to make a delicious Chocolate Spice Buttercream (other flavor options are also available) and learn to work with delicious homemade marshmallow fondant to create a selection of Winter Wonderland themed cupcakes. Other skills taught include: simple modeling, using texture mats, plunger cutters, modeling tools and using petal dusts.
Unicorn Chocolate Apples. (Gluten Free) You’ll make a half dozen Chocolate Covered Apples in a variety of colors (or all the same - you choose!) in this hands-on class. You’ll also learn how to make, color and paint modeling chocolate and sugar-paste flowers, leaves, and of course, horns and ears, too! We use only the best Callebaut Chocolate in all our chocolate classes, so you know they’ll be tasty as well as pretty! Each Unicorn will have their own stable (gift box) going home so you can share (or not- who are we to judge?)

We're adding an adult twist- you can choose to fill your bombs with traditional, fall flavors or turn them into flavored coffee bombs! You'll also learn the art of tempering chocolate for perfect results every time!
It's Cold Out Side Hot Chocolate Bombs. (Gluten Free) - In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make the season's hottest trend- Hot Chocolate Bombs! We're adding a Winter Wonderland twist- you can choose to fill your bombs with Hot Chocolate, Coffee/Latte/Mocha or Sweets! You'll also learn the art of tempering chocolate for perfect results every time!
Chocolate Biscuit Cake Baubles. Apparently, this was the Queen’s favorite cake, but if that doesn’t convince you- it was THE most popular cake flavor I made in Ireland for years! In addition to a few secret ingredients, it contains dark and milk chocolate, biscuits (cookies in the US), a selection of sweets and you can even add booze infused dried fruit and nuts!
Learn how to make a set of three gorgeous 1/2 lb Chocolate Bar Vignettes in this hands-on class. Each bar is 1/2 lb (1 1/2 lb of chocolate in total) and measures 3½" x 6⅝" x ½" (+ embellishments) thick and makes an impressive gift! You'll pick your themes and create beautiful embellishments from our hundreds of molds (we just received a shipment of cool Anime, Star Wars and Animal molds) to top your choice of Callebaut Dark, Milk, or White Chocolate bars. Add edible lace, sprinkles, sweets, and even chocolate messages to personalize your Vignettes-perfect for gift giving. You'll also make gift tags and individually wrap each chocolate bar in a presentation box with your choice of ribbon.
